In Kyiv, SUMO trainings are held regularly, once every 1-2 months. Also, in the near future, trainings will be held in Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Lvov, Donetsk, Israel and others.
Base part «the main» the training lasts 30 days and consists of 5 weekend blocks (of which 4 — in the hall, by 9-13 hours a day, and one additional field weekend), as well as practical assignments for the week, which are carried out in individual flexible, convenient for you, schedule under the guidance of the support team and coaches. Blocks take place on Saturdays and Sundays (with 9-30 to 21-00 — 23-00 in the hall, coffee breaks every hour and a half, in the middle of the day 3-3,5 hour field assignment, evening field, dates, clubs at night, etc.). The rest of the days are spent doing homework, and the supporters (and coaches) work in mode «ambulance» — meet with you if problems arise with assignments, and also just provide advice, help and support in every possible way.
After these 30 days, in the apt expression of our graduates, «life is just beginning». In addition to the thrill of using new skills, children receive the right to regular meetings and consultations, annealing, acceleration, participation in parties, club events «Useduction», etc. etc..
